The accompanying CD-rom contains evidence forms (EFs) completed by an experienced team trained in the new framework.

And unlike 'live' lessons, you can pause, rewind and skip ahead as you need to, while key questions posed by the inspectors prompt discussion and give you a chance to benchmark your opinions with others.
